Gooey in the middle with a cakey outside, you can have your low sugar, high protein dessert whilst still staying in a calorie deficit with this cake in a mug recipe. The high protein content will help develop and maintain lean muscle mass whilst keeping you fuller for much longer than the average dessert. This high protein mug cake mix is so easy to make in the microwave and there are 12 slender mug cake servings so you always have plenty to spare!

Wheat Flour, Polydextrose, Cocoa Powder, Whey Protein Concentrate (Milk), Maize Starch, Raising Agents (Sodium Bicarbonate, Calcium Phosphate), Natural Flavouring, Salt, Sunflower Lecithin (Emulsifier), Sweetener (Sucralose). 

Birthday Cake 

Wheat Flour, Polydextrose, Sugar Sprinkles (Icing Sugar (sugar, potato starch), Maize Starch, Unhydrogenated Vegetable Fat, Water, Emulsifier (Rapeseed Lecithin), Glazing Agents (Shellac, Acacia Gum, Sugar), Colour (E129, E104, E132, E110, E122, E124, E151)), Whey Protein Concentrate (Milk), Maize Starch, Raising Agents (Sodium Bicarbonate, Calcium Phosphate), Natural Flavouring, Salt, Sunflower Lecithin (Emulsifier), Sweetener (Sucralose). 

Red Velvet

Wheat Flour, Polydextrose, Whey Protein Concentrate (Milk), White Chocolate (Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Whole Milk Powder, Cocoa Mass, Emulsifier; Soya Lecithin, Natural Vanilla), Cocoa Powder, Red Beetroot Powder, Maize Starch, Natural Flavouring, Raising Agents (Sodium Bicarbonate, Calcium Phosphate), Salt, Sunflower Lecithin (Emulsifier), Sweetener (Sucralose).

How To Use:

Melt 1/4 tsp of coconut oil in a mug in the microwave. 

Add 3 yellow scoops of the mug cake mix and 2.5 yellow scoops of almond milk into the mug and mix thoroughly. 

Cook in the microwave for 50 seconds.
