Elisa Strauss, known for her inchesMeticulous Realisminches has enjoyed an illustrious career as a noted book author, grand prize winner of the Extreme Cake Challenge (Food Network) along with appearances on The View, Martha, The Today Show, Sex and the City just to mention a few.

This new collaboration has produced a flexible alligator impression mat that is extremely versatile when compared to rigid plastic mats yet imparts the most amazing details onto fondant, gum paste and any clay-like medium.

All of the moulds in this collection are made with the highest quality, food-grade silicone to produce an extremely durable silicone mould that is tear-resistant and can withstand temperatures to 204degreesC (400degrees F).
