Macphie Vanilla Frosting 5kg

Do not heat above 45°C as this will reduce the gloss. Do not heat in the microwave. Reseal pail after use. If slight oiling out occurs stir gently in the bucket until the frosting is smooth and homogeneous.

Store in a cool, dry place.

Ingredients: Sugar, Vegetable Oil (Palm, rapeseed), Water, Humectant (Glycerol E422), Skimmed Milk Powder, Flavouring, Emulsifier (E435) Preservative (E202), Acidity Regulator (E339).

Free from artificial Colours and flavour.  

Suitable for vegetarians but not vegans

Approx 168 piped cupcakes out of 5kg tub – this is just a rough guide and is the amount that we achieve in our bakery. It all depends on the size of your cupcakes, how much you use and how tall your piped swirls are!

Best stored at a temperature between 5 and 20°C. Prolonged storage at >25°C is not recommended.
